I bought the MH book Ghost Hunters - it was okay. Could have gone a bit deeper. One of the cases in the book was just boring.

tc

It's worth a look but it's not a ghost hunter's bible by any standard.

tc :)

I've got to admit that I also own North East Ghosts by Richard Felix and it cost me a lot more than a tenner at the time. I also own some of the other in the series which are in pretty much the same style (must have money to burn).

I do happen to quite like Mr. Felix but I do agree the quality of these DVD's is shocking and certainly not worth the price tag. Now there's a range of books to accompany the DVDs.

When you think of the North East, it is a vast place with loads of history. My gripe was he spent ages in a few places rolling off a few minor facts when he could have enlightend us with loads of locations, and hitting you with the grisely truths and then move on to the next!

Instead we got a hammed performance and long winded commentary and a few locations.

I'd have paid 1.99 for it but not 9.99!

TC :?

LOL it is pants like... There were hardly any locations on there, and there are so so many he could've chosen from.. Instead he picked Newcastle Cathedral, and considering you're not "officially" allowed to investigate it...

As for it being a tenner, what a swizz LOL.. I borrowed it and hastily returned it hahaha... even my partner who reckons they are all flies laughed...

We have that on video, but i am guilty of not watching it all the way though, in fact i only watched the first 5 mins or so and went off to tidy up. I think i might watch it the next time i have a bit of spare time.
I must admit though i do like Richard felix.
