Just logged in to wish everyone, including Triplow :) , a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year as I probably won't be about until after the 25th at the earliest.

Also, to give you a heads up whilst I remember, that there is a fascinating programme still available on Catch-Up TV (Virgin) and BBC iPlayer called Heartbreak Science which aired on BBC2 last Sunday.

Nothing about Ghosts and such but some really interesting thoughts and research into how the heart could possibly be more closely connected with our thinking and responses than generally thought.

Anyway, I'm off to get treated for hyperthermia; I'm obvioulsy best suited to tropical beaches than frozen wastelands. Hope you all have a great Christmas/Pagan Festival/Divali/Hanukkah or whatever (just enjoy yourselves with all the right spirits). :)

Merry Christmas to you too Ian. I've still got 3 more days at work before I'll be off line until the new year.

Yep, and you Iain .. I'm going to make a concerted effort to be full of seasons best this year instead of my usual "bah Humbug" .. although, if it gets any colder, that might go out the window!!

Ohhh ... Marks been posing again!
