Hmmm .. horses and courses ...

I'd have to say the Tontine due to my "ghost" and also the last time we were at The Keep in September due to the activity in the place the whole night and that everyone - NGIers and Guests alike managed to experience quite a bit.

I tried it again both with DVD software on my PC and on my DVD player - and nothing. Must be in a DVD format my player can't read ... not an expert on this - but there are numerous different formats I think which not all DVD players can read .. given m,y player was found in an archaelogical dig of a round house from the dark ages - probably explains it .. :D

My computer can read most different formats, we have a convertor, not sure how to do it though, but my bro could probably sort it, and convert it to upload on the forum if you give us the original copy. My DVD Player also has a hard drive and recognises most formats, and takes memory cards, USB etc, do you have a copy on your PC Julie?

Many things can cause problems. DVD+R DVD-R CD+R CD-R CDRW DVD RW

And then theres Dual Layer too!

As for format, if its DVD then it SHOULD be MPEG 4

However I would ahve thought the DVD on your PC would be able to read it, so that indicates either a dodgy copy or a problem with the disc itself....maybe the dye colour????

Yeah, crazy formats!

But - when sticking the DVD in my PC it just whirs and whirs and the PC doesn't accept the disc - if I try and open the DVD to explore it, it just gives the "Please insert disc" message ..

''not what i was expecting. Really good''

often the case innit......which makes me wonder about 'expectations' and how much of an effect on us they actually have

Exactly. I go to an Investigations with no Expectations at all just with an open mind and the equipment we use.
