looks like we wont see Wodenborn on here again which is a shame as i thought he was a good poster.

it's a shame when debates force people to leave because of people's differences on what they believe.

If a person's "story" was actually true and they did indeed see something surely that must count for something?

So if I tell you that I saw a ghost in my house. That would be proof to you thatr ghosts do exist?

don't get me wrong i understand where your coming from, because anyone could make it up. now what if it was someone you know very well and don't make up stories? surely it has at least a little more credibility ?

Credibility is one thing, proof is another.
No matter how well you know someone, they can make a mistake......but thats all a side note.

beleiving that someone did something, is not the same as that somethign being proof an issue is in fact in existence.

So if I say I saw a craft float by in the sky and that it was a UFO.....still allows me to have credibility, to go on and say that means its proof of alien life is a jump too far. As there is no proof that what I saw was piloted by an alien race.

therefore someone can see a ghost, but they cant prove what they saw was a ghost.

Totally agree, There is definitely something unknown at work that causes people to have 'ghost' experiences whether it's spirits of our dear departed or some external influences working on out brains is anyones guess.
