To be fair we were on a steep mudslide, in the middle of the night and hopelessly lost.

I still have flashbacks.

You're perceptions are coloured Sue - I fail to understand how you could remember correctly as you were running in blind terror at the time!!

I think so too, its just you were the funniest.

Come to think of it, I think Claire remained upright. Must have been something to do with her being pinned to the ground with the heels on her boots.

yeah, was funny that - the two people with the footwear least applicable to walking up and down Eston Hills at midnight were the two that stayed on their feet (Pam & Claire) .. funny how things works out ..

I had a good one about 4 months back - after we'd done that interview with Trystan - myself and Claire went to the woods in Maske .. Steep slope, wet ground .. I suddenly run-on-the spot as I slip .. then legs go from under me and shoot into the air and I come down at the bottom of the slope nearly breaking my shoulder (was knacking for days!). If it wasn't so painful, it would have been hilarious!!

Other than commenting upon Jays extreme cowardice and looking forward to more of the same what are the plans re next Friday?

I'm hoping this will be the occasion that provides me with either some proof or enough to make me stop and think.

Claire - please email me re details of times, who's doing what etc.

Was a good night. Knackering but I really enjoyed it despite being thrown in the deep end. Obviously a lot of planning and organisation had gone into this one. I've sent Claire a brief set of notes about what did/didn't happen with my group and look forward to seeing how that compares with everyone else's experiences.

Seemed like more than a hundred people there and everyone I spoke to seemed really happy... if somewhat disturbed. LOL Hopefully The Butterwick made a good profit towards their funds.

I felt a little out of my depth at times.
Trying to find th ebalance between, typical nowt is happening and lets try and make it interesting.

Think dell and I managed it at the end of the night though.

I know other groups seemed to get a lot going on, but personally I felt the venue was very quiet and tame.

Not much in the way of notes, I am sure Dell will let Claire know what was what, but if anyone has any questions for me fire away!
