aye it was an experience, though we did have a chat with a local newsagent, whose mum was a cleaner at the Hall. She was telling us, after she'd found out where we had been, about when they were kids and playing in the hall her brother saw a shadowy figure at the stage area. Apparently he was so upset by what he saw he didnt speak for a couple of days afterward

One of the guests, Lauren, said that her team communicated with a spirit called Theo Jones by using the Ouija Board. He wanted them to leave the Dressing Room.

I picked up on an ex copper called Atkinson, by using the dowsing crystal.

Quite an eventful night.

I asked an old gadgy at the library if he could find anything on some of the stuff we got at Borough hall, he came up with this information:

[size=85]The Bombardment of Hartlepool
Three German warships attacked the twin towns of Hartlepool and West Hartlepool on the morning of Wednesday 16th December 1914. It was four and a half months after the outbreak of the First World War. The attack lasted just forty minutes, from 8:10a.m. to 8:50a.m., killing more than one hundred people and injuring many others.

During the following battle, two factors counted in the towns

Yep. Good work. I was told by guests afterwards, that the name Theo Jones was mentioned while they used the the ouija board.

The only problem is, if that name is in the public domain, then it is quite easy for any one to research or indeed find in a public library or on the internet.

When Phil and I went in to this particular location where contact with Theo Jones was witnessed earlier during the investigation, we got nothing. :(

Not a sausage.

I did try to research it myself online afterward, But didn't find a lot, although the guy in the library said that there was a website somewhere that had a list of people killed, I normally dont frquent librarys, unless for some reason I need to use the computer, when ours is down. The guy did suggest that I may not have came up with anything because i was typing in Theo instead of theopolis, a shortened version of his name.

It was myself who picked up the guy at first, then we used the ouija board to communicate with him.

Well thats an interesting find and a good hit (excellent) if it all turns out to be genuine. Unless someone knew the Headland well and had visited it before -you wouldn't really know about the relationship (geography wise) of the Gun Battery to the Borough Hall and nor even think about spirits from one turning up at another place. Yes, find him at the Gun Battery maybe ...

So - good shout!
