my names kyle but i get called coco or co
i'm 23 years old and mostly into martial arts.
i've been interested in the paranormal for ages and joined this forum a while back to ask fi anyone could help with the shadows/forms i was seeing i've had a lot of weird things happen to me and my family on my mams side there seems to be sensitives . i'm really interested in developeing my "sensitiveness" now i've been on one investigation which was awsome but i only really got images and saw shadows again. i have notoiced a distinction between them now and can usualy tell if its male or female but there seems to be a persistent one that isnt either i don't think. i've got some good advice of the folks on here and enjoy reading up on things. hopefully i will start getting out on some investigations and meeting fellow enthusiasts

i may do i'd probabley recognise faces lol martial arts wise the work i do is classed as MMA (mixed martial arts) its mainly brazillian jiu jitsu which is grapleing, we also use wrestling for control in fights and takedowns. for strikeing/standup we use a mixture of muay thai, jeet kun do, kickboxing etc. loads really lol

i think energy is in martials big time, especialy more traditional training. we dont so much meditate but along the same lines as get into the "zone"
relaxing and controling energy before bouts etc. a lot of what the shaolin monks do using chi (gathering energy) is in the same category so to speak.

I too do Martial arts, specifically Tae kwon do. I really enjoy visualisation and energy channelling, allowing me to double power in a given area kinda supercharging strikes but continually practicing energy channelling it comes faster and stronger and you can really feel it pulsing through your body! If you can learn to read Auras it's really interesting.
