Ahh .. someone to DJ at this years NGI Xmas bash .. but then, looking at the music tastes, maybe not my cup of tea ..

Everyone when they say The Haunting always append (original) onto the end of it and I see your no different - something about a glossy Hollywood finish which doesn't work with ghosty films as is seen in the re-make ..

Doctor Who - I never got into Doctor Who this time around. I did when I was younger, but this current version .. never worked for me - Much prefer Torchwood as its more adult orientated.

The Haunting remake was a shambles, as was The Wickerman.

I'm a bit of a Torchwood fan as well.

I'm not surprised that you don't like my music tastes as I'm one of those strange Goth types and probably best avoided.

Hey - its all wailing screeching to me .. give me a bit of Kylie anyday (yes please!) .. well, no .. thats just embarrassing really - forget I said that ..

To be honest - I couldn't point to any particular music and say "ah .. thats Goth music" .. so am looking to be educated .. Would Marilyn Manson be considered Goth music? I dunno .. just asking .. don't shoot me .. :D

Not really, although he does get mistakenly labled as such because of his image. His stuff is played in your regular Alternative/Metal/Rock clubs rather than your Goth clubs. The Goth scene in the Uk is pretty underground and is made of of varioues styles including traditional gothic rock, Synthpop, Industrial, EBM, Deathrock etc. It's all very complicated and I'm sure your not that interested, so I'll shut up now.

I am actually interested Dok .. always looking to expand my mind .. I would have personally said MM was the typical Goth performer - but I guess he's just the mainstream version ..

I thought you'd like the covers. Yes, it's my own mag that I do in my spare time. There's a bit of paranormal stuff in there too. I interviewed Phil Whyman in issue three as well as Tony Liddell from Otherworld North East in issue 2.

I'm from Hartburn originally, but I've recently just got my own house in Fairfield.

Hi Guys! It's been ages since I've been on here (before Christmas in fact). I've been really busy at work and most of spare time has involved getting the next issue of my magazine finished. I hope you are all doing well and I look forward to catching up with everything that has been going on with you guys on the forum over the course of the next few days.
