Well honestly i watched tonight's programme, it's interesting to see how Ian Lawman works although i suspect all the uninteresting parts get edited for telly.still wonder what they do if they screw up a take or do they just film it all and take out the best bits. And obviously they have to set the scene before people actually go into the property with the explanation of the events history which means setting up re-enactments of said paranormal activity in the location they film, which to me would seem kinda odd considering the people they are helping want to be shot of the entity (s) causing problems . :)

New series begins next tuesday on Living at 9pm, i'm sure Ian will probably tell you all about it if you ask him on the 13th at Preston hall. 8)

Cant say I was impressed.

I thought it made Mr lawman look like an idiot. Too farty and too much dramatic license.

He's be better doing it on his own and dropping most of the drama that surrounds it. He could maybe visit several people per episode as the activity etc seems a little thin on the ground.

I must admit I didn't think much of any TV mediums Akorah put me right off them, But when I met Ian at Preston Hall I have to say he comes across as very genuine to me

He doesnt on TV though and I think thats the point.

I've not met the bloke and its probably wrong of me to criticise, but his portrayal on TV comes across like very bad acting.

He did say he hadn't wanted to go down the TV route, I cant blame him. He dosn't seem like a good actor, and I suppose with the likes of Most Haunted people want action all the time (Thats not him) so I guess he will come across as a bad actor if he's trying to go along with what they want and not what he's getting.

I'm gonna be nasty here.

But dont you just love it when a psychic claims they didnt want to do something? why didnt they just avoid that situation. Didn't he see it coming?

Also nice to see he's capable of sticking with something.

Other than that I see no reason why he wouldnt be a top bloke, but the persona that comes out from the TV is not good.

I can understand where he's coming from. If you were offered money and fame and fortune, would you take it, if it meant adapting things a little.

I know exactly what he means, I do public speaking about autism and often include the company I work for in my speeches, singing thier praises, However I dont always speak about thier flaws and weaknesses to the public, Despite the fact that there's lots of things I dont agree with. But then I wouldn't be doing stuff like that if they hadn't opened the doors for me.

So its probably the same with Ian
