It just that you virtually described our made up ghost creation 'Robert' although his second name is not mackinley.

oh so it was you that broke the bed in 29 blackster, thanks a lot!
i got loads of these "orbs" when we went but it was the voices we recorded that go down as evidence. we also got a strange anomaly in the restaurant area but i reckon that could be just a reflection or something, i'll put it on our site so people can make there own minds up though.

if you check http://www.th3sign.co.uk you can read about our findings when it launches on the 24th

Actually did you know you can change the process of a dream, If you drum it into your head while you are awake that you are "Going to invade your dreams" Then you are meant to be able to change the course of them.

Im trying it at the moment, I must admit, i think it could work, I have a recurring dream, that often ends up me scared shit and shaking, Ive been trying to "Enter" the dream and change the course, stand up to my fears, and although I have got to a stage in the dream that I know I can stand up for myself, not quite managed it yet.

I have read up on that before Bekki it's a phenomena called Lucid Dreaming, i have tried in the past to no avail, would be great knowing your in the dream and being able to do anything you wanted

There is a bloke called Stephen LaBerge who writes books on the subject, there is a lot of info on the web about it also.

Here is a few links with some info on it -
http://www.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream
http://www.consciousdreaming.com/lucid- ... -dream.htm
http://www.lucidity.com/LucidDreamingFAQ2.html

If it is something you really want to learn though the stuff by Stephen LaBerge is probably the best as i think he's one of the more respected experts in that field.

Cheers for that.... I'll have a luck!

I have started to look at all my dreams (Well the ones I remember) and have been having a go at analysing some, so the more i know about it the better.

Thanks
