We're going back to the Schooner Hotel in November for the first time in a couple of years.
Our last visit was interesting indeed as it was the Night of the Dancing Wardrobe when things got a little frisky in Room 29 and, of course, the first Northern Ghost Investigation of current erstwhile NGI members Claire and Mark. Ah, no doubt the memories will come flooding back for them! There have been a couple of owner changes this last couple of years and so its been a little tricky getting back in. Sadly, the owner who we arranged this night itself through died himself a couple of months back, and the new owners have honoured our booking for the night.
And of course, you can join us on the night to see if the reputation of the Schooner - voted 3 years in succession as the " .. most haunted hotel in the UK .. " - still holds! November is going to turn out as a(nother) busy month for us. Not only are we going to be back at the Schooner but the Butterwick Hospice - who we've helped out a few times on their charity nights at Preston Hall - are staging another one. But this time its not going to be Preston Hall - but the very old and historic Acklam Hall in Middlesbrough. So once again you'll have the opportunity to team up with Northern Ghost Investigations and of Most Haunted fame - Richard Felix and Ian Lawman - for a full night in Acklam Hall. And all for charity too! You'll be able to get details of this event through NGI very shortly.
