Theres been a few issues with our emails of late. We've been getting your emails quite fine and replying. However, it seems that you aren't getting our emails.

It would appear that 30% to 40% of our outgoing emails are either getting lost or just dropping straight into peoples junk and spam folders - so if you've sent us a mail lately and seemingly awaiting a reply, check your junk folders - our reply might be in there.

By the looks of it - it seems to be affecting Hotmail and Yahoo accounts more than anything - which in truth have notorius spam filters on them.

We've changed the way you can send us emails to try and get around this by changing the Contact Us link on the right hand menu to a direct mail address. The thinking being - if you now send us an email then your spam filter should ok our reply and direct it to your inbox and not your spam folder.

Once more - if you've been waiting a reply, check your spam and junk folders first. If you can't see a reply from us - try once more with the now direct Contact Us link. If that doesn't work .. give up!! Ha .. no, if that doesn't get a reply, then just head to our forums and send a private message to Jay ..
